In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "dreajili", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the dreajili platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for the operation of the dreajili website at dreajili.net.
• "Platform" means the dreajili website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services made available to players.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses the dreajili Platform, registers an account, or uses any dreajili service.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the dreajili Platform.
• "Real Money Play" means any game, bet, or wager conducted using funds deposited into a dreajili account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a dreajili account pursuant to a specific promotion.

4. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of dreajili or any of its technology or content providers.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have an active self-exclusion in place with dreajili. Registration during an active self-exclusion period is prohibited and any account opened during such a period will be closed immediately.

To access Real Money Play at dreajili, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information as requested during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and belongs to you.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one active dreajili account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. dreajili reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, close all but one, and forfeit any balances held in accounts found to be in violation of this policy.

Account Information Updates: You are responsible for keeping your registered details — including your mobile number and email address — accurate and current. dreajili is not liable for losses arising from outdated account information, including failure to receive OTP messages due to a changed or deactivated mobile number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dreajili login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. dreajili will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify dreajili immediately via live chat or the registered support email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. dreajili will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to report the breach in a timely manner or where the breach was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate password security.

dreajili accepts deposits via a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change. Current accepted methods are always displayed in the dreajili Cashier section.

Minimum Deposit: dreajili sets minimum deposit thresholds per payment method, as displayed in the Cashier. Players are advised to review the minimum deposit for their chosen method before initiating a transaction.

Your Funds: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits from third-party payment sources — including accounts held by other persons — are prohibited. dreajili reserves the right to reverse or void transactions suspected of originating from third-party sources and to suspend the account pending investigation.

Currency: All dreajili transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmed receipt.

Deposit Errors: If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your dreajili account, contact support via live chat with the transaction reference number and a screenshot of your payment confirmation. dreajili will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit discrepancies within two business days.

Withdrawal requests at dreajili are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the specific withdrawal rules for each payment channel. dreajili reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Processing Times: dreajili aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours of submission during standard operating hours (08:00–24:00 PHT). Processing times for bank transfers may extend to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour during standard hours.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Any bonus funds in your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• You must not have any unresolved account issues, pending investigations, or active restrictions on your account.

Inactive Account Balances: If a dreajili account has been inactive (no login and no real money wager) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, dreajili may apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified via their registered contact details prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

Bonus Abuse: dreajili employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to pattern betting designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploitation of errors, and coordinated play across multiple accounts. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses removed, winnings voided, and may be subject to permanent account closure.

Promotion Changes: dreajili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any change does not retroactively affect already-accepted bonus funds in a material way.

RNG Games: All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the dreajili Platform use certified RNG systems to ensure random and unpredictable outcomes. dreajili does not manipulate game outcomes in its favour beyond the stated theoretical return-to-player (RTP) rates published within each game.

Live Dealer Games: dreajili's live casino section streams from professional studios with human dealers. If the disconnection prevents a player from completing a required action (e.g., drawing a card in blackjack), the game will resolve using the default game rule for an absent player action. dreajili is not liable for losses incurred as a result of player-side connectivity failures.

Players must not engage in any of the following while using the dreajili Platform:

• Accessing dreajili services if under the age of 21 or if located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Opening or operating more than one dreajili account simultaneously.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in any game. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a known or discovered error are void.

dreajili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of harm associated with gambling. dreajili provides the following responsible gaming tools, available immediately to all registered players via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount per defined period. Once the limit is reached, further real money wagers are blocked until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum gaming session duration. dreajili will notify you when your session reaches the limit and may enforce a mandatory break.

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from real money play at dreajili for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Cooling-off periods take effect immediately.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from dreajili. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and, in the case of permanent exclusion, cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. Players who self-exclude will be removed from dreajili marketing communications.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dreajili Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any dreajili content without prior written consent from dreajili.

All third-party game content available on the dreajili Platform, including JILI Games titles, remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers and is made available under licence. Use of such content is subject to the applicable game developer's terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dreajili shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data arising out of or in connection with your use of the dreajili Platform.
• Losses arising from technical interruptions, server downtime, network failures, or other circumstances beyond dreajili's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to read or understand the rules of a game or the terms of a promotion before participating.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if dreajili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dreajili's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the dreajili Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dreajili's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

dreajili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, or money laundering activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Underage gambling or provision of false age information.
• Abusive behaviour toward dreajili staff or other players.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit transaction.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Account Closure by Player: You may close your dreajili account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closing, any pending wagering requirement on bonus funds must be completed or the bonus forfeited. Any verified real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful identity verification.

dreajili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record at least seven days before the revised Terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory instruction.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the dreajili Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the jurisdiction under which dreajili's operating entity is incorporated and under which it holds the licences or registrations applicable to its Philippine player base.

Complex matters may require a longer investigation period, of which you will be informed.
